Returns & Exchanges

At Antidote Fashion and Lifestyle, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your selection doesn't perfectly fit your style, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal request to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
